This is a single-storey vernacular building dating from before 1832, situated within a rural setting. It forms part of a line of similar buildings. The building comprises a three-bay dwelling with an adjoining one-bay section and a byre. It has sheeted roofs, rendered walls, and replacement windows. Originally used as a house, it is currently used as a house. The building was initially surveyed but not listed, and a partial record was taken during a subsequent survey due to it not being considered worthy of a full survey. It does not possess architectural or historical interest sufficient for inclusion on the list.
