Description

This is a record of a demolished single-storey thatched dwelling with a byre and a taller slated extension. The building, located at 13 Ballynafoy Road, Banbridge, County Down, appeared on an Ordnance Survey map of 1833. The First Survey card described this as part of a row of single-storey buildings, consisting of the thatched dwelling with higher slated extensions and stone outbuildings. The dwelling had Georgian sash windows. The building has been demolished. This is a partial survey only, and the building is not listed for its architectural or historical interest.
