Description

Two storey, four structural bay long , smooth rendered house in a vernacular Georgian style facing north onto Dungiven main street. Natural slate roof with two chimney stacks, one on each gable. Door located in second bay from west gable. Elliptical cobweb fanlight recessed in narrow plain surround with entablature below over wide entrance door with pilasters and supporting scroll moulding. Four pane sliding sashes to ground floor with two pane casements to first floor. All aligning. Cast iron rainwater goods. West elevation blank with alleyway along side. Rear south facing elevation mainly obscured by two storey lean- to low pitch shed. Windows to western- most bay exposed. Casement at first floor French windows at ground level. Remains of orchard in overgrown garden to rear. No windows to east gable. Shed returns around half of the elevation. The house is sited at back of footwalk with access to rear at west end.
