This is an early 20th century shop building, originally composed of two distinct parts. The eastern section is a three-storey gable, three windows wide, with a full-height, round-arched central window. The western section is longer and two storeys high, featuring a parapet and seven square-headed windows, with two Diocletian windows on the west corner. The entire front of the building originally had a continuous modern shop front. The building was demolished and replaced by modern shop units constructed of red brick. It is listed as a D1 Record Only, and is not listed for its architectural or historical interest. This constitutes a partial survey only.
