Description
This building was a modernist structure on Callender Street, Belfast, Co. Antrim, and demonstrated diminishing floor heights over four storeys. The building’s design featured predominantly glazing between a concrete-faced structure, with strong horizontal lines marking the floor levels. A concrete-faced panel on the right-hand side included stacked portholes on each of the upper floors. The ground floor was characterised by shop fronts with a tiled panel. The building has been demolished and replaced by a three-storey commercial unit. The listing record specifies that the building is not listed, has no architectural or historical interest, and is based on a partial survey.
