Description

A five-storey office block dating to the 1960s, originally constructed in a Modern Scandinavian style. The building featured full-width, horizontal bands of windows, with vertical timber board cladding in between. The ground floor was fully glazed, incorporating a central entrance. The building has since been demolished and replaced with a fully glazed office block. It has not been formally listed for its architectural or historical interest, and the listing record is for information purposes only, based on a partial survey.
