Description
Newlands, one of the offices of Chichester District Council, is a large house dating from the late 18th century that has been converted into an office. The building is three storeys high and features five windows. It is constructed of red brick and has a wooden cornice and a parapet. The hipped roof is tiled, and the glazing bars are intact. The entrance porch is supported by Doric columns and has a pediment that contains a round-headed doorway with a semi-circular fanlight. Inside, there is a good staircase.
