These are two-storey, red brick detached houses designed between 1902 and 1904. Located in Cranmore Gardens, Belfast, they are a fairly common house type for the city, featuring symmetrical facades with semi-circular headed tripartite windows. The buildings are situated within a conservation area, and therefore benefit from an appropriate level of protection. The date of construction is considered to be between 1900 and 1919. While a full survey was not undertaken due to a lack of significant architectural interest, the buildings are currently residential.
