Description

This is a pair of late Victorian semi-detached houses, constructed in 1902 by Samuel Stevenson, located at 32-38 Bawnmore Road in Belfast. The houses are built of red brick and roughcast, with projecting gabled bays to the front and single-storey canted bays. They feature decorative barge boards. The original sash windows remain in the front elevation, though the house type is fairly common in Belfast. The buildings are situated within a conservation area. As the buildings are not of sufficient interest for a full survey, only a partial survey was undertaken.
