Description
This is a three-storey terrace dwelling house built between 1860 and 1879 and prominently positioned on a street corner in Portadown. Historical sources indicate the building may have initially functioned as a light industrial or commercial premises, possibly a ‘winding house and store’, which might account for the large elliptical arches visible in the ground floor brickwork and the original corner entrance. The property was converted to residential use shortly before 1879.
