Description
Ballykelly Cottage was a former one-and-a-half-storey house located at 171 Blackskull Road, Banbridge, County Down. It had a pitched slate roof, rendered and whitened walls, bargeboards, and sliding sash windows. A dormered extension was present, as was a gabled extension to the front of the earlier part of the building. The First Survey card noted the house was approximately six windows wide and may have incorporated a building shown on an Ordnance Survey map from 1833. The house has since been demolished and replaced with a modern structure. A 1969 survey described the building as having interesting elements, but noted its generally poor style and condition.
