A former one-and-a half-storey house with dormered extension, having pitched slate roof, rendered walling, bargeboards and sliding sash windows. Now demolished and replaced with a modern house. The First Survey card records: ‘A 1 ½ storey house with rendered and whitened walls. The roof is slated and contains dormers. There is a gabled extension to front of earlier part. Windows are D/H, some with g.b. There are interesting elements in this building but the style is generally poor, and condition is poor. 6 windows wide.
