This is a derelict, single-storey, three-bay rubble stone house located on the Loughbrickland Road in Gilford, Banbridge, County Down. It has the remains of a gabled windbreak porch. The building is roofless and exposed to the elements, exhibiting very little historic fabric of interest and is therefore not considered worthy of a detailed record. It has been noted as derelict and the listing is a record only, with no architectural or historical interest attributed. A partial survey only was undertaken.
