Single storey gabled dwelling situated on a slight rise at the end of a laneway roughly 3 miles NE of Newtownards. Front S facade has left of centre doorway with plain (now painted) stone surround and PVC door. To the left of the doorway is a window with modern frame and recent looking wooden shutters, with two similar windows to the right. At the end of each side of the front facade (i.e. attached to each gable) is a tall castellated wall with a doorway set within an arched recess on that to the W and a similar arched recess (without a doorway) on that to the E. The E gable has a window (as front) to the left, with a small single storey lean to ‘shed’ attached to the right. The shed has a corrugated iron roof and a timber sheeted door to the N facade. The W gable is blank. The N (rear) facade has a window to the left, as front, with two more similar, but smaller, windows to the right of this. Attached to the far right is a large single storey flat roofed extension with PVC windows and door. Most of the centre and right of the rear facade merges into a long flat roofed dormer with large modern windows. The entire facade is finished in rough cast. The roof is pitched with concrete slates with two large Velux windows to the rear left, and two rendered chimney stacks (one of which is oddly placed on the slope of the roof). PVC rw goods.
