Description

The building is a detached, two-storey, red-brick gabled memorial hall, dating to 1912 and situated at Sullivan Place in Holywood town centre. While modifications and refurbishments have occurred in recent years, compromising its original character, it is no longer considered to be among the best examples of its type. A partial survey only was conducted.
