Description

This is a three-bay, two-and-a-half-storey house, built around 1880, and situated to the south of Jordanstown Road. The house retains original exterior mouldings and sliding sash windows. It was not included in the First Survey and is not considered to have sufficient architectural or historical merit to be listed, due to modernisations of the interior and the addition of an attached property which reduces its group value. A photograph from the First Survey depicts a detached property from the mid- to late-nineteenth century which is no longer present at the location. The building is not listed, has no recorded architectural or historical interest, and is not subject to a listing extent.
