Description

The building is a vernacular dwelling with an attached outbuilding, located next to the Ballygarvigan Road in Ballymarter, Portaferry, County Down. Construction likely occurred between 1820 and 1839. It is a one-and-a-half-storey structure. The building was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys, but was not included on the listed building register due to insufficient architectural or historical interest. It currently functions as outbuildings. The windows are now fitted with PVC frames. The building remains in private ownership.
