Prince's Park Estate, off Station Road and Fernagh Road, Newtownabbey, Co Antrim, BT37 0BD

This is a late 1940s development of two-storey terraced houses located off Station Road and Fernagh Road, Newtownabbey, County Antrim. The houses were designed by Thomas Arlow McGrath for Ulster Garden Villages Ltd. They are characterised by white-painted rendered walls, pitched roofs, and some doorways with pediments. The development was not included in the First Survey and is not considered to have sufficient historical or architectural interest to be surveyed. While the original layout remains intact, the appearance of the houses has been affected by alterations to many windows and changes to the façade colour which have diminished the original unity of the group.
