Description

This is a late 1940s development of two-storey terraced houses located off Doagh Road, Monkstown, Co Antrim. The houses were designed by E Prentice Manson for Ulster Garden Villages Ltd. They are characterised by white painted rendered walls, flat roofs, and some doorways with pediments. The development was not included in the First Survey and is not considered to possess sufficient historical or architectural significance to be surveyed. While the original layout remains intact, alterations to many windows and changes to the façade colours have diminished the intended visual unity of the group.
