This is a street-fronted house, likely dating to the 18th century, located at 17 Prince's Street, Dromore, County Down. The house is one-and-a-half storeys in height with a dormered attic. It features large tripartite casement windows on either side of an elliptical entrance, which includes sidelights and a fanlight. The building was initially surveyed but not listed. It has undergone considerable alteration, resulting in the loss of original fabric and character, and is therefore not considered to have special architectural interest.
