Ground floor has shop front of modern style with roller metal shutters to window and door. West elevation: roof of synthetic slates with modern flush rooflight; wall of roughcast render; four windows of modern plate glass. Rear elevation: rendered gable, with dashed finish; flat roofed later lower extension of similar walling to side and rear of main block. SETTING: The building stands facing the main street of the town, with a pedestrian lane along its side elevation.
