Description
The Joseph Singer Chest Tomb, located in the churchyard 22 metres west of the porch of the Church of St Mary, is an 18th-century chest tomb made of Bath stone. It features a moulded plinth, undecorated flat sides, and a plain flat top. The south side is inscribed with the names Joseph Singer (1790), Martha (1796), and Thomas (1830), while the north side bears the names Rach... (1810) and James Singer (1838).
