Description
Ruscombe House is a detached house set back from the street, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a double Roman tile roof with coped verges. The house has a symmetrical front and an L-plan layout with a wing at the rear that has a swept-down roof. The front elevation includes three windows with 4-pane replacement sashes on the first floor, a three-course string, and late 19th or early 20th century canted bays flanking a late porch that has a 4-panel part-glazed door. The front is also flanked by raised quoins. The rear wing contains 20th-century windows.
