Description

Preybrook Farm is a detached house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It features a roughcast exterior and a triple Roman tile roof with coped verges and ball finials. The building is symmetrical, standing two storeys tall with three bays. It has 19th-century casement windows, which are arranged as two and three lights with cambered heads. The central door opening contains a six-panelled door, where the top two panels are glazed, and is topped with a triangular pediment supported by consoles.
