Description
Church Farmhouse is a 16th-century farmhouse, later used as a house, with alterations dating to the 18th and 19th centuries. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with double and triple Roman tile roofs and coped verges. Brick stacks are also present. The farmhouse has two storeys and a 1:2:2 bay layout, featuring 3-light casement windows beneath wooden lintols. A virtually central doorway is framed by a moulded stone surround featuring a 4-centred head, and has a ribbed plank door. The interior contains a 16th-century doorway.
