Number 8 on Marsh Street is a 17th century building with later alterations. It features a colourwashed rubble front and a roughcast gable, topped with a thatch roof. The structure has two storeys plus an attic and includes a large rendered chimney stack at the rear. On the first floor, there is a single three-light casement window. The ground floor has a lean-to that projects forward, with a slate roof, a casement window with leaded light, and a door set back in a porch.
