Description

The Thatched Cottage is a building that likely dates back to the 17th century, with some later alterations. It features colourwashed rubble and render, topped with a thatched roof and gables, and has brick chimney stacks at each end. The cottage is two storeys high and has three 3-light windows that break the eaves, which are fitted with leaded lights and metal casements within wooden frames. On the ground floor, there are two additional 3-light casements. The entrance includes a modern central studded stable door. To the right, there is a single-storey lean-to with a plain tile roof and a squat plain door.
