Description

The Limes is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of Flemish-bond brick and features coped verges and a double-span tiled roof with brick stacks. The front of the house is symmetrical and two stories high, with sash windows on the ground floor that have glazing bars. The first-floor windows have had their glazing bars removed and replaced with plate glass. There is a central door opening that contains a 20th-century half-glazed door, which is sheltered by a Ham stone portico supported by two columns and topped with an entablature.
