Description

Bunford Railway Bridge is a railway bridge built in the early 1850s that crosses the former Durston to Yeovil branch line. It is constructed of local limestone and features an elliptical arch made of ashlar limestone. Above the arch, there is a projecting string course and a keystone. The abutments are supported by wide, shallow buttresses, and the bridge is topped with a stone parapet that has flat coping stones.
