Description
This is an unidentified chest tomb located in the churchyard next to the south doorway of the Church of St. Mary in North Petherton. It dates from the 17th or 18th century and is made of dressed stone. The tomb is largely covered by ivy but features a slab top and canted ends, which is an unusual design element.
