Description
Stembridge Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1700, as indicated by a datestone on the left return. The building is constructed from coursed and squared rubble and features a double-Roman tile roof with coped verges and end brick stacks. It has two storeys and an attic, with a three-bay layout. The windows are stone-mullioned, consisting of three and four lights, and have continuous labels at both the ground and first floors, with iron casements. The door opening is centrally located and features a ribbed 20th-century door. There is a two-light attic window on the left return. Adjacent to the farmhouse is a brick garden wall that runs at right angles to the frontages, which has freestone coping and is dated 1808 in blue headers.
