Description

This is a house, dating to around 1830, now used as offices. It is constructed of brick, which is now colourwashed, with stone rusticated quoins and an eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with Welsh slate. The house is three storeys high and has an irregular arrangement of windows. The ground floor is rendered and features a modern, large bow window with seven divided panes of glass on the left side of the doorway. The original front door retains its six fielded panels, but the surrounding architectural details have been lost. The first floor has two symmetrically placed sash windows, each with twelve panes of glass and simple surrounds. The second floor has three symmetrically placed sash windows, each with sixteen panes of glass and plain surrounds. The side walls are rendered and largely unadorned. The interior has not been inspected.
