Description
Higher Plot is a farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from local lias stone, with the lower half being cut and squared and the upper half featuring random stone with cut dressings. The roof is made of double Roman clay tiles and has coped gables, with brick chimney stacks at each end. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, featuring 16-pane sash windows set in plain openings with false keystoned stone lintels. The lower bay two has a boarded door with a simple rectangular fanlight in a matching opening. The interior has not been seen.
