Description

This is an early 19th century building comprising two and a half storeys, with a mansard roof. It consists of two properties, 23 and 25 King Street, which are connected by number 24. Each property originally had two windows, featuring glazing bar sashes set within plain raised surrounds, and one and two dormers respectively. Number 23 is constructed of painted rubble with a roof that is a mix of slate and pantile. It has arcaded shop windows on the ground floor, with a common fascia and doorway shared between the properties. Numbers 24 and 25 have rendered facades and roofs that are a combination of asbestos and pantile. The central doorways are each topped with bracketted flat hoods. Number 24 has two shop windows on its ground floor.
