Description

Number 20 on Cheap Street is a mid to late 19th-century building with three storeys. It features one bay of painted brick on the left side, while the rest of the facade is rendered. The roof is covered with pantiles. The windows are cross glazed sash types, with segment-headed windows on the second floor that have a dropped impost string, and round-headed windows on the other floors, which are adorned with enriched impost strings and caps. On the first floor, the windows alternate with stilted blind arches. There is a wide shop fascia with outer pilaster strips, and a modern shop front is set into the building. A segment-headed passageway is located on the left side.
