Farmhouse. Late C18 exterior features, though core probably earlier. Coursed and squared lias rubble, dressed freestone quoins, tile roof, coped verges, end ashlar stacks with moulded caps, further brick stack at the rear. L-plan. Two storeys, 4 bays, 12-pane sash windows in moulded stone architraves; door opening in third bay in a similarly moulded surround, triangular pediment on fluted console brackets, panelled door.
