Description

The Emma Wooley Chest Tomb is located in the churchyard, 10 metres north of the tower of the Church of St. Lawrence. This chest tomb dates from the early 19th century and is made of Forest of Dean stone. It features a tooled plinth, corner columns, and four plain panels, topped with a flat surface. The tomb is dedicated to Emma Wooley, who passed away in 1837, and William Wooley, who died in 1878.
