10/105 Outbuilding about 10 m west of The Old Rectory -

GV II

Outbuilding, probably former coal house and store. Early C19. Local stone random rubble, mono-pitch slate roof, weatherboarded east front facing The Old Rectory (qv). Plan: low 3-bay range backing onto road and forming boundary wall. Single storey with rear wall continued as high parapet, 3 bays, 3 stable doors, 2 leaded windows on rear elevation fronting road. Listed primarily for group value with The Old Rectory and because the high wall fronting road makes an important contribution of the streetscape.
