Description

Haydon is a house built around 1750. It features painted rubble walls and a pantile roof with coped verges and end brick stacks. The building is two stories high and has three bays, each with slightly moulded classical architraves that hold sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance has a similar doorcase topped with a triangular pediment and includes a late 19th-century four-panelled door. To the right, there is a single bay wing that is lower in height, and a substantial projecting stack is located on the right side of the house.
