Description
The well head located about 15 metres south of The Chantry is an early 19th-century structure. It is made of local lias stone slabs and features a plinth, with stone slabs on three sides, one of which is shaped. The top is also made of stone slabs and includes a wooden roller, an iron handle, and a galvanised chain with a bucket still in place.
