Description

Hawkins House is a two-storey building likely dating to the late 18th or early 19th century, situated at a right angle to the east side of number 3 Church Lane. It has a pantile roof and is constructed of colourwashed rubble and brick, with banded quoins. The front facade originally had three windows, one of which is now blocked at the first floor level. The windows retain keystones and sash glazing bars. A central doorway has also been blocked up. Hawkins House contributes to the group value it shares with number 3.
