Description
Bleets Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse situated in Selwood, on Feltham Lane. The building is constructed of random rubble with a tile roof, and features two rubble chimney stacks. The farmhouse has an irregular frontage with a projecting gable to the left, forming an L-shaped plan. It is two storeys high with attics. The projecting gable wing on the right is set back and incorporates 19th-century, three-light casement windows. A door opening is located in the left return, leading to a four-panelled door with glazed upper panels. Flush-mounted sash windows with glazing bars are to the left of the door, whereas 20th-century metal casements are to the right. A pent-roofed outshut is situated to the left side of this elevation, being single-storey and one bay wide, and containing a sash window with glazing bars.
