This cottage, located on the east side of the road when entering Ston Easton from the north, dates back to the 18th century. It features a roughcast exterior and a pantile roof with brick stacks at each end. The building is two storeys high and consists of two bays. The central entrance is a plank door, which is sheltered by a pent-roofed porch.
