Description
Boyds Cottage and Mullion Cottage are two cottages dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. They are constructed of coursed rubble and topped with an asbestos slate roof, featuring brick stacks. The cottages are two storeys high and have a layout of one bay and three bays. Most windows are one and two-light casements, with the exception of one two-light and two three-light moulded stone-mullioned windows on the ground floor, which have stopped labels. There are paired door openings framed in freestone, with panelled doors and a pent-roofed slate hood supported by moulded brackets. The left side of the building has two two-light moulded stone-mullioned windows.
