Description

Stoneleigh House is a 2-storey villa that appears on an 1813 map but looks to have been built around 1830. It is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and has slate roofs. The eaves and verges feature pierced and scalloped bargeboards. The front has three windows facing the road, with a gable to the right that includes a pediment supported by brackets above the first-floor window. To the left of the south front, there is a large angled bay with a porch in the angle, which has corner scallops and central scroll brackets. The windows are glazing bar sash windows.
