Description

2 and 4 Rodden Road is a single building dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, with later alterations. It was once used as a cloth factory or rope works. The structure is built of rubble and has modern pantiles on the roof. It features three gabled dormers and is two storeys high with a loft. The road-facing elevation has irregular windows, mostly 19th century sashes set in plain stone architraves, along with several blocked openings. There are two plain doors. The left-hand gable end displays a two-light casement window with a moulded stone mullion. The building has industrial significance.
