Description

Prior's Cottage is a 17th-century cottage built from coursed rubble Doulting stone, featuring a gabled roof covered with stone slates. The building has two storeys and a three-window front, with a central entrance. The entrance consists of a six-panel door, where the top two panels are glazed, set within a square-headed, chamfered stone door frame. There are three-light stone mullioned windows with 20th-century casements, and a similar two-light window is located above the door. The cottage also has rubble stone end chimney stacks and a truncated brick chimney stack at the front eaves.
