Description

Granary built in the 19th century, located 40 metres north-north-east of the Church in High Ham. It is constructed from local lias stone that is cut and squared, with a hipped Welsh slate roof. The granary is raised and has a single storey. The south wall features two plain boarded doors that lead onto a stone platform with steps at the west end. The west elevation includes a 5-light opening made from plain lias stone slabs. This building is part of a well-preserved example of a 19th-century model farm layout and has group value with the nearby Church.
