Description
Double Gate Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed and squared rubble, featuring coped verges and a pantile roof with end brick stacks. The garden front is symmetrical and consists of two storeys and an attic, with three bays. The ground floor has 16-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 12-pane sash windows. There is a central door opening framed by a moulded stone architrave, topped with a triangular pediment supported by consoles. The door itself is a six-panelled design, with the top two panels being glazed.
