Description
Nos 11 and 11A on Little Keyford Lane are early 18th century or late 17th century buildings that were altered and remodeled in the mid to late 19th century to serve as a labourer's cottage. The structure is two storeys high, built from rubble with a pantile roof. It features two windows on the front, which are two-light mullioned types with gables above the first-floor windows. The left-hand range has flat ovolo edge-moulded mullions, and there is a central door. At the rear, there is a two-storey, two-window older extension that forms an 'L'-shaped plan. The windows here have original, worn surrounds, but the mullions have been removed and replaced with modern glazing. Additionally, there is a 17th or early 18th-century doorway on the left side at the rear, which has a stopped ovolo moulded surround and a ledged door with strap hinges. To the right, there is a range of two-light oak mullion windows. A large rounded stair projection is located to the left of center at the rear.
