Description
Keyford Farmhouse is a 17th or early 18th century building. It is constructed of rubble walls and has a modern pantile roof with three stone chimneys. The farmhouse has two storeys, an attic, and a cellar. It has a gabled 3-light dormer window. The front facade features four windows with 2- and 3-light casements. These windows have flat, ogee moulded stone mullions and chamfered cornices; the centre lights are sash windows. A cambered door opening is located to the left of the centre of the building. A rear gabled stair and rear door wing extend from the main structure. Inside, a plain wooden chimney lintel is visible in the main ground floor room, which also contains a pair of doors – one leading to the cellar and the other to the back parlour.
